Architectural project for a single-family house in Perieni, Vaslui county, developed from DTAC documentation to an extensive PTh set, with plans, sections, details and renderings.

The house is composed of basement, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor brings together the living area, the kitchen, the office and the technical spaces, and the first floor brings together the bedrooms and the terrace.
The volume is articulated by gables, balconies and stone accents at the plinth and in the entrance area, in a green setting that keeps the house connected to the land.
