How the data you send us through this site is used. In short: we use it to reply to you and to do our work; we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is MOISE IONEL BIROU INDIVIDUAL DE ARHITECTURĂ (LUSArt Studio), tax identification code 55448606. You can write to contact@arhitect.pro or call +40 (0)745 023 100. Full identification details are on the Legal information page.
What data we use, why, and on what basis
A message sent through the form or written to us directly
Data: your name, email address, project type, location and the text of your message, as you enter them in the form, or whatever you write or tell us directly by email or phone.
Purpose: to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Your name, email address and message are needed so that we can reply; without them the form cannot be sent. The other fields are optional.
How you heard about us
Data: together with your message, the form keeps the page from which you sent it, the address of the previous page (if your browser reports it) and your answer to “How did you hear about us?” (optional).
Purpose: to know which pages bring messages, so that we can improve them. We do not use this data for profiling.
Legal basis: the office’s legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time under Article 21 — see below.
If we work together
Data: identification and contact details, details about the property and the work, invoicing details.
Purpose: concluding and performing the contract, preparing the design, invoicing.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and (c) (legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax).
Technical data at server level
Like any web server, the one hosting this site may automatically record the IP address, date, time and requested page, for operation and security. These logs are handled by the hosting provider (Hostinger); we do not use them to identify you.
Cookies and external services
The pages of this site do not load analytics or advertising scripts (such as Google Analytics or social-network pixels) and do not use tracking cookies. The hosting server may set strictly technical cookies needed for operation. Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, we show no consent banner.
- YouTube videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a video. On click, the YouTube player is loaded through youtube-nocookie.com, and from then on YouTube/Google processes your data under its own policy.
- The Google “I want an offer” form. If you use it instead of the form on this site, the data you enter is received through Google Forms and is also processed by Google.
- Links to other sites (YouTube, building-material stores, Daibau.ro): once you open them, those sites’ rules apply.
Who receives the data
We do not sell the data and we do not use it for advertising. It may reach:
- providers that help us run the site and email (hosting, email, storage), who process it only on our behalf;
- specialist collaborators (for example engineers), only if you have signed a contract with us and only as far as the work requires;
- authorities, when the law obliges us.
Some providers (for example Google) may also process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep the data
- Messages with no follow-up work: 12 months from the last message, then we delete them.
- If we work together: for the duration of the work; afterwards, as long as legal and professional obligations require. Accounting documents are kept for 5 years, counted under Article 25 of the Romanian Accounting Law no. 82/1991.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and information about the processing (Art. 15);
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
- erasure of data, in the cases provided by law (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (Art. 22) — we make no such decisions.
For any of these, write to contact@arhitect.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 77): the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
