A ground floor house that extends the living space to the garden.
The organization of the home starts from the sheltered entrance and continues visually to the exterior terrace on the south side.
From the entrance terrace you enter a windfang, with a visual opening along the length of the house to the main terrace. The living room, kitchen and dining area form the living area, and two bedrooms, the office and the bathroom complete the ground floor.
The main terrace is covered with a light structure made of wood and translucent polycarbonate. Year external staircase leads to the partial walkable terrace above ground floor. The cellar has access from the inside and a confirmed usable area of 13.62 m2.
