A solution for a large plot of land and a narrow buildable area.

The project uses site constraint as an organizing principle, not as a hidden limitation.

On the 2,875 m2 plot, the buildable area is approximately 7 m wide, determined by the shape of the plot and the setbacks from the neighbors. The house is set back approximately 40 m from the alignment, and the light courtyard on the northern side brings ventilation and natural light to the entire height of the house.

The living room, dining area and kitchen connect to the main covered terrace. On the ground floor there are also the office, the bathroom, the internal access to the cellar, the technical room and the laundry area. The floor groups three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

From DTAC to the technical project.

Documentation was developed with architectural plans, sections, elevations, envelope and enclosure details. Renders trace how the white volumes, clad plinth and mixed roof fit into the existing landscape.
