Commercial concepts.
A selection of volume, access, atmosphere and identity studies for different commercial functions.
Business ideas kept as image, atmosphere and volume exploration.
The page brings together three directions from the LUSArt visual archive: a bistro, a hotel and a shopping center. Images document design concepts and do not represent, in the absence of primary sources, completed works.
The selection shows different ways of building the identity of a place: through the interior and atmosphere, through the relationship with the street or through urban scale and volumetrics.
Hotel — volume and urban presence.
A hotel building study with glazed facades, terraces and a main access marked by a vertical core. The set follows the same direction from several angles.

Mall — scale, access and volumetrics.
The shopping center study explores a composition of bodies, glazed facades, walkways and accesses on a larger urban scale.

Bistro — two atmospheres for commercial interiors.
Two interior directions, one with an industrial atmosphere and apparent structure, the other with a classic and decorative register. They are presented as atmospheric studies, not as photographs of a completed restaurant.
